Rogers Cup Toronto Rain Delay - Terms and Conditions
The following rain delay policy applies to individual session tickets purchased directly through Tennis Canada.
Please note that the following tickets are exempt from rain delay policy and are not eligible for credit or exchange:
- Premium Series Club (as Subscribers of record have access to all Centre Court matches through tournament completion)
- Chairman's Lounge tickets
- Complimentary tickets
- All tickets purchased through an auction, resale or secondary outlets
- All tickets for sessions #14 and #15.
Visitors to Aviva Centre for the purpose seeing the tennis matches should keep in mind that orders of play and session dates might be subject to change.
Tickets are not eligible for credit or exchange due to one or more changes in the schedule of play.
Rogers Cup Ticket Exchange Policy
(Please read above to determine if your tickets are eligible for exchange)
If one ATP World Tour match is completed or 90 minutes of continuous play has taken place on Centre Court of the Aviva Centre in any one session, that session is considered complete.
No exchanges, credits or refunds will be given.
Visitors can exchange tickets that are not listed in the above condition if less than one ATP or WTA tour matches or less than 90 minutes of continuous play have been completed on Centre Court of Aviva Centre due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond any control. If the visitors are the original purchasers, they can obtain a ticket for the following day or ticket's paid- value (less processing and delivery fee) can be used as credit towards any future session in the same event of the same year.
If session 14 or 15 is canceled/rained-out, tickets will be honored for the rescheduling of the session. Parking, lounge and suite access is only available for the original sessions purchased. Exchanges take place on-site at the Box Office only.
Private Suites: Despite the rain, all Private Suites will remain open. A portion of paid Private Suites will be credited to the original purchaser for the following year's event. Each subscriber will be contacted following the event.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
